About
About Douglas B. Price
My grandfather had his own business, back when attorneys had to reproduce contracts and legal pleadings on carbon paper.
I gained experience in the legal fields I now practice after working for a local business for a while after law school. After serving as an associate attorney for two years, I felt ready and compelled to start my firm so that I could decide the course of my legal career. The Law Offices of Douglas B. Price, PC was founded in 1985, opened and was prepared to do business.
“I’m passionate about each chance I have to meet with people and their families and make a positive impact on their lives.”
Founding the Law Offices of Douglas B. Price, P.C.
I thought that by starting my own practice, I would be able to develop more intimate relationships with my clients and build stronger client-attorney relationships. Clients may now choose to hire me for my personality, style, and techniques for handling their difficult legal circumstances as opposed to having me assigned to them.
I have had the opportunity to assist countless individuals and families in Tempe and the surrounding areas for four decades thanks to my vision for starting a legal business with a client-centered philosophy. I’m devoted to using a team approach in each case to help avoid and handle legal complications.

About Deb Price
Born and raised in Minnesota, I received my secondary education at Denfeld High School and my post-secondary education at Duluth Area Vocational Technical Institute (now Lake Superior College) and also attended College of St. Scholastica.
My adventures in the legal field began in 1984-85 and continued through April of 2005 in Duluth, Minnesota. I enjoyed being able to help others by specializing in estate planning, probate, family law and real estate matters – “people law” as I like to think of it. Sitting down with clients and listening to what matters to them and finding ways to help them through what can be very difficult times is a very uplifting and humbling experience
After moving to south-central Missouri in 2005, I was able to work part-time at a senior center and later at a commercial print shop. I then taught card-making classes for about nine years. These were wonderful experiences for me and it's funny how little things from one job can really become a benefit in a totally different field. I was also a caregiver to my husband, Jack.
Upon moving to Arizona in 2016, I became a full-time caregiver for Jack until he passed away in 2019.
In late-September 2020 I met Doug Price. I didn't know he was an attorney and he didn't know I was a retired paralegal. While I did have to think about it for a hot minute, I soon realized that Doug is definitely one of "the good ones" and by mid-October I was volunteering in the office when I could. We married on December 21, 2023 and enjoy living and working together, spending time with our furbabies, and helping as many people as we can. And, yes, I still enjoy "people law".
